The Lovato ADXM line of Soft Starters is a compact type of soft starter for three phase squirrel cage motors.  It can handle soft starts and soft stops on motors up to 45 AMPS.  Each unit has built in potentiometers that can independently adjust the starting and stopping times as well as the initial torque.  These units help reduce the mechanical load on motors, shafts, gearboxes and drive belts saving you both the cost and time of replacement.
